About PsyPack

PsyPack is an online psychometric testing software that helps behavioral health professionals objectively assess and monitor clinical outcomes through an extensive library of standardized psychometric assessments.

It enables administrators to assess mental disorders like depression, anxiety, and OCD, among others, and measure positive psychology constructs like life satisfaction, happiness, and resilience. Its automated scoring and report generation feature helps save time spent in manually scoring the assessments, score assessments, prepare intuitive graphs and generate comprehensive reports.
With PsyPacks' document management feature users can access and organize clinical documents such as client’s history and assessment reports, assessment manuals, and clinical guides.

PsyPack is accessible via laptop, tablet, or smartphone. It adheres to the professional and ethical code by keeping clients’ sensitive clinical records confidential and secure. PsyPack ensures the latest regulatory compliance and is ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Most relevant psychometric assessment software

Assessments play a major role in my work and I need them in my daily work-life. PsyPack has been helpful in fulfilling the role of a handy tool that is quite easily accessible from my phone or laptop, is quite pocket friendly and has many features that I've been able to use to improve my professional practice and also evidence based.

Pros:

- Economical - Easy to use - Secure storage of documentation at one place - Less manual efforts, time saving - Wide range of assessments - Automated, quick report with elaborate score graph charts - Option to track the scores over time - Constant updates - Option to add practitioner notes/recommendation in the report before sharing with the client

Although there is a wide range of assessments, it can make use of more assessments.

Pros:

the ability to access assessments and utilize helpful tools to describe and interpret assessment results for clients.

Cons:

I appreciate the accessibility functionality and integrated graphics that are built in to the products. I dislike the financial burden of purchasing assessments and although clinical psychologists are trained to utilize these tools, must pay to have them and purchase tools in order to help our clients and work to the maximum of our capabilities.

Decent options for quick assessment

It was good and I had a free trial. Where I got to explore some of the features but overall the value wasn’t in line with what I need for my personal practice.

Was able to check out a variety of assessments that I could use with clients to track changes over time

Cons:

A lot of the assessments are ones that I can find for free online and there were not any in their database that I use on a regular basis that was worth paying a subscription for. That is just me personally however

Digital Era in Psychological Assessment

It is simple and user friendly.

Pros:

It is very customer friendly. It is very helpful for clinicians to do the assessment and interpret it. Also, helpful for the client or patient to do a self-assessment and get immediate test results. The software provides a psychoeducational component and some important suggestions that later clinicians can explain during the psychotherapy session.

Cons:

It is more descriptive and some components are not really needed for patients.

User friendly, illustrations of the scores is apt, psycho education part is beautifully expressed for the client to become more self-aware. Graphical representation is exceptionally done.

Cons:

Some more scales can be incorporated that goes more with the college population.

Allows for more precise diagnosis, treatment and goal planning

In an age when I have to sit on the phone with others for 1-2 hours and multiple times, PsyPack staff respond immediately, follow through same day and then, follow up! I’ve not seen such great care before!

This is easy to use and the team efficiently has seen to each detail to make the explanation to the patient clear, the results quick, and for me, the outcomes lead to effective and efficient treatment.

What I love about this program are the variety of test they offer and how they make it simple to use and get results.

Cons:

Now the cost and the ability to save work is something this software needs to work on.
