Rodeo Ticket offers online rodeo management software, tailored for both rodeo directors and spectators. With a focus on efficiency and user-friendly interfaces, Rodeo Ticket provides a seamless ticketing experience.

Set-up group discounts, promo codes, and bundles to further boost your sales. Easily create and send invoices to season ticket holders and sponsors. You can also adjust settings on your ticketing page to validate age for certain ticket types and reduce orders that create orphan seats.

Fully manage your concessions and merchandise with Rodeo Ticket’s software. Sell merchandise from a separate page or choose specific items to feature in the online ticket purchase pathway. You can even sell concessions at your rodeo using Rodeo Ticket’s software and its integrated app. Easily design your tickets for printing in Rodeo Ticket – include sponsor logos, barcode for scanning, and other details on the ticket. Coordinate with volunteers easily using Rodeo Ticket’s software. Post jobs, get volunteers to sign up, and track attendance. Use QR code posters to sell tickets to help decrease lines at the box office. You can also rent POS equipment to fully manage box office sales. Our POS equipment includes tablets and several types of ticket printers. Rodeo Ticket is free to rodeo committees. Rodeo Ticket also covers credit card and merchant fees. It charges 4.97% + $1.25 per ticket. Most rodeos pass the fee to their attendees. It’s also possible to cover the fees yourself if you prefer. Honestly, I was approached by rodeo ticket and im very pleased with the outcome. I have had a few suggest event brite to me me but I like the options that rodeo ticket gives me and look at growing what I'm doing with it each year. Thos year we emailed invites out to past attendees, it was great.

As people move more and more to their phones to live their lives we needed a way to reach everyone with our new formatted Rodeo. We have never really sold our rodeo tickets on line and I really did not see the need to start. The staff at Rodeo Ticket listened and we decided to give it a try. Our attendance numbers were up partly to do with using Rodeo Tickets. The people who bought their tickets on line had the option to save money by sharing to their social media and then others saw that our rodeo was going on and it had a trickle down effect. The staff at Rodeo Ticket where very hands on and were always available by phone to answer any questions that I had. Because of Rodeo Ticket we are moving all our other County events to their other programs.
