Pros:

We have been consistently impressed with how helpful the TourPlan support team has been since we purchased the software a few years ago. The software itself has proved very effective, and what really sets it apart is the consistently wonderful assistance we have received from all the staff at TourPlan. Very many thanks to you all!

Cons:

Like all software, sometimes things have to be done in a seemingly roundabout way. However, the TourPlan team really does help you navigate these issues easily!
