Thank you for your valuable feedback which allows us to constantly improve our production software. Since your feedback in Q1 2022 we have added many new features such as multi-language management, fixed prices in your quotes and corrected 2-3 malfunctions. On this subject I invite you to follow What's new at Ezus? with our latest developments. We strive to integrate and prioritise the demands of all our 300 travel agencies in our product roadmap. Indeed, there is no mobile application yet on Ezus, it's accessible up to the Ipad. We enjoyed talking to you and were sad to hear about your request for a refund during your subscription. Once again, we proposed a commercial offer from the beginning and during your specific request we solved part of your needs while providing a second commercial gesture despite the contract you signed specifying our annual rates. Nevertheless we take into account this commercial failure with you and will be more vigilant in the future.
