    I like that it includes all parties so customers are being bombarded by phone calls by the different departments with the same goals.

    Occasionally some of the buttons with an accounts don’t work equally

    One of the biggest benefits is that Gaviti automates invoice follow-ups, reminders, and collections workflows so we don’t have to manually chase payments. This saves tons of time and reduces errors.
    Cons:
    I feel limited on the reporting capabilities of gaviti. Deep analytics is difficult and not intuitively navigable.

    Gaviti is a great app, i like how it keeps our invoicing simple. It is always on time and on track when sending out the invoices
    Cons:
    I never got the last gift cards from the last 2 times, so I won t be doing anymore surveys or reviews

    Having it set to automatically reach out to past due customers, multiple times if necessary. Being the AR person, having a report that list all open invoices and/or customers with a balance with the contact info allows my day to go more smoothly. Additionally, having the ability to add notes while speaking to customer or setup payment plan/promise to pay cuts down on time.
    Cons:
    When a payment plan or promise to pay is setup, it would be nice if this info would automatically email the customer. If it could be emailed, it would be helpful to have a template with instruction/explanation with reply demand in place. Also, I work in Gaviti daily, and it tends to be very slow quite often.

    Great - some glitches but the team was very engaged and had corrections immediately. If we had an issue or request we reported it and then immediately responded to our requests/issues.

    That we were forced to use Bluesnap as our credit card processor and could not use the one we already had in place.

    It's been nice to be able to keep track of correspondence.
    Cons:
    I can't separate my billing by my region. So reporting wise the whole company is bulked together. It would be nice not to have to filter through my email to find what I need. It would be nice to be able to have a fully operational AR & AP all together in one place. invoices disappearing after payment is kind of wonky. Rather than having a separate place within the software once they've been paid.

    Our company made that decision for us. This decision was probably made to separate operations from one company to another. We had a pretty large company merge.

About the separation of billing, it is possible to do this, it's entirely up to you how you choose to structure your business units. Many of our customers use both approaches: some prefer managing everything under a single unit, while others set up multiple subsidiaries based on region, unit, branch, or other criteria. All of these options are supported. Even within a single business unit, you can implement these distinctions using custom fields based on specific criteria. About the disappearing invoices. Invoices don't disappear, it depends on the filters you set up. If you wish, you can apply a filter to view all invoices, including the paid ones, on the same page.     Pretty simple to view and navigate. We can add notes to invoices and actually do multiple notes to mulitple orders at the same time.
    Cons:
    Reporting - could be confusing. Creating reports is not the simplest. It may be the filters we have set up but not very user friendly.
