I like that it includes all parties so customers are being bombarded by phone calls by the different departments with the same goals.

Cons:

Occasionally some of the buttons with an accounts don’t work equally

Gaviti overall is a great product. It automates invoice followups, integrates relatively well with most external ERPs and overall improves organization efficiency.

Pros:

One of the biggest benefits is that Gaviti automates invoice follow-ups, reminders, and collections workflows so we don’t have to manually chase payments. This saves tons of time and reduces errors.

Cons:

I feel limited on the reporting capabilities of gaviti. Deep analytics is difficult and not intuitively navigable.

Reasons for switching to Gaviti

We needed a product that streamlined our automation process. Sending emails automatically is huge.

I like the ability to look up my bills and see what I owe prior to the bills being loaded into my online payment portal.

Cons:

I can hardly see the bills with the way they are listed at the bottom. It doesn't even show the entire line and then you have to scroll.

Overall, Gaviti has fit in with my daily responsibilities. It has been easy to use and provides the information I need daily to contact my customers.

Pros:

Having it set to automatically reach out to past due customers, multiple times if necessary. Being the AR person, having a report that list all open invoices and/or customers with a balance with the contact info allows my day to go more smoothly. Additionally, having the ability to add notes while speaking to customer or setup payment plan/promise to pay cuts down on time.

Cons:

When a payment plan or promise to pay is setup, it would be nice if this info would automatically email the customer. If it could be emailed, it would be helpful to have a template with instruction/explanation with reply demand in place. Also, I work in Gaviti daily, and it tends to be very slow quite often.

Great tool

Great - some glitches but the team was very engaged and had corrections immediately. If we had an issue or request we reported it and then immediately responded to our requests/issues.

That we were forced to use Bluesnap as our credit card processor and could not use the one we already had in place.

Gaviti is very beneficial for keeping organized with the monthly payouts to the several invoices due to the diocese. I am able to pay the payment and see it debited next day without fail and keep records up to date

i cannot view what to pay b/c i only have a small section of the page to view it. thats the most annoying part.

I really like the automated workflows to customers. I like the notes name and date stamped. Basically, it's on autopilot and that's awesome

Cons:

My main complaint with Gaviti is the lagging. A lot of times we are waiting for it to quit spinning and pull up what we need. I don't know if it's because we have so many companies.

What I liked most about Gaviti was how it streamlined the entire collections workflow in one place. The automation features reduced manual follow-ups, while still allowing room for personalized outreach when needed. I also appreciated the real-time visibility into aging, disputes, and customer touchpoints, which made it easier to prioritize accounts and stay organized. Overall, it helped improve efficiency, accountability, and consistency across the AR process

Cons:

The main drawback for me was the initial setup and learning curve. Configuring workflows and reports to match more complex customer requirements took some time
