VaxCare is a vaccine management solution that helps businesses across the healthcare industry streamline the entire vaccination workflow, from ordering to administration. It allows medical professionals to configure workflows, handle billing and invoicing operations and manage inventories.

Features of VaxCare include HIPAA compliance, collaboration, appointment scheduling, patient tracking, reporting and more. The application enables employees to communicate with various vaccine manufacturers including GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Pfizer and more. Additionally, it lets healthcare workers process orders, manage accounting processes and track vaccines' expiration dates.

Excellent Choice For Independent Practices

Extremely positive. I would recommend without reservation. The ability to have vaccines available to all patients without inventory is priceless.

Pros:

I have been practicing pediatrics for greater than 45 years. Vaxcare is the simplest way to handle all vaccines. No need to try and inventory expensive vaccines. They are efficient and extremely fair on their reimbursement. I would recommend them 100%.

Cons:

I have found no flaws in their delivery. No cons at this time. They perform well in all area from delivery to timely payments.

I really don't have any things I don't like about this program it gives us Advantage, maybe connection at times but hardly ever

worst company to deal with. USE them AT YOUR OWN COST

The company bought back my vaccines supplies lower than my actual cost . they ignored my lack of signing the contract and paid their price any way. They never assigned an account manager. They are out of network for several plans without telling you and if the insurance does not cover the vaccine they automatically taking out the charges from your vaccine reimbursement. I have contacted many times the company but you can never get any one other than customer care over the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY other wise you will lose money on vaccines. They are charging me 8000 dollars for the vaccines that showed on their device that is covered but the insurance never paid so without notifying us they deducted from reimbursement check. So we actually gave free vaccines to 110 patients in just 90 days since we started with them.

nothing. I have not seen anything about this company that I like. I have made numerous attempt to talk to the billing or the management but nothing gets done

Cons:

poor customer service, lack of supervision, lack of information, not responsive, lack of transparency, poor billing, difficult to order enough vaccines, irregular vaccines delivery

Easy to use, no out-of-pocket cost for practice, HL7 with EMR and MCIR. The training and support is fantastic.

Cons:

Sensitivity with insurance payers rarely is an issue but we do have some minimal hiccups with that. We can update info in demographics and it usually is resolved

We are able to provide risk free vaccines, the VaxCare system is so easy to use and provides us real time vaccine coverage which has increased the number of vaccines we give, easy inventory management, and the support team is promptly responsive, knowledgable and efficient in answering questions or solving issues.

Can't think of anything I don't like about it.
