Covetrus Avimark vs PetDesk: Which is best for you?

I love the fact that once I purchase this system, I own the software and can continue to use it without paying a monthly fee other than for Avimark support.

Reminders were confusing, they could be manually altered creating issues

I like that we are able to view compliance reports directly in PetDesk, which actually makes it easier to view and use than our PMS does.

Another negative is that some settings can only be changed by PetDesk staff such as pushing a reminder at a certain time (appointment is on the schedule at 10am but you want the client there at 8am) or what types of appoinments get reminders.
