About Vetstoria

Vetstoria is a real-time online booking platform, helping veterinary clinics take appointment bookings online, secure payments, set up digital marketing campaigns, take telemedicine appointments, and run reporting. Vetstoria also syncs with your clinic's software in real-time, meaning that appointments made via Vetstoria appear immediately in your practice software, and emergency block-offs, or appointments booked in the clinic are immediately reflected in Vetstoria - so say goodbye to double bookings!

Vetstoria's online booking is also completely customizable, so you never lose control of your diary. Vetstoria enables managers to set rules and intelligent triggers to decide what can be booked and when. You can set rules around which appointments take priority, when certain appointments can be booked and by who, which appointments are available to new or returning clients, which clinicians are able to take which appointments, and much more.

Vetstoria also allows you to accept debit or credit card payments or pre-authorizations during the appointment booking process, and allows clinics to take new client information before accepting appointments from new clients. Additionally, Vet...

    The seamless integration with RxWorks. The minimal maintenance and the ease with which to make changes within the program itself.
    Cons:
    Nothing. I have found that the software is relevant to our needs and easy to use. It takes little of my time the manage and both staff and clients find it great.

    Its getting there, slowly but Surely.

    It has been frustrating getting to this point, as I have been working with vestoria over the last 4 - 5 months working out the bit that didnt work, and we implemented the final changes a few weeks ago, so to get it all reset again with the optimisation is a little frustrating but I get it.

    Its a lot better that there are more options and we can dictate what is a nurse and what is a vet.
    Cons:
    Still not 100% with clients being able to choose vets from drop down list. Its at least current vets as we had issues with old vets still in the list, but you can still pick all the vets, and some vets will only do one day a few weeks at various sites. For example, Isabel mainly works at Northfield but once every 8 weeks will do a Saturday at Halesowen site.

    Vetstoria is a great way for clients to book consults etc online - giving them flexibility. Vetstoria has been great to reduce the calls we get to book consults meaning that our client care team are "freed" up, allowing them to be more present when dealing with clients within practice.
    Cons:
    I liked it when I was able to change our vetstoria settings direct, having to go through IVC adds an additional layer which all adds time to a task
