Smooth webinar experiance for a newbie!

When I start doing webinars again, I will definitely use LiveWebinar. I tried and tested a lot of webinar platforms and LiveWebinar's was the smoothest experience for me.

Pros:

It was easy to set up the webinar which was a recurring series and upload my slides before the webinar. The email marketing was useful too as previously, I would do this manually.

Cons:

The free plan was a little restrictive, but at least I was able to test it out to see how it would work when I get a paid plan.

A perfect, simple an smart tool for webinar.

In LiveWebinar, the functionality for webinars is simple yet comprehensive. What makes it stand out compared to many others is the ability to hide participants — something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere.

Cons:

Actually, just the fact that few people know it yet, and therefore some don’t accept it. We use it many times so we explain it than its ok for the people.

Pros:

Easy to use and very professional. I really like how I can upload the PDF and share the slides which looks way more professional than screen sharing. I also like that there are breakout rooms and in the video recording options you can have the chat in the video which is kind of nice and unusual.

Cons:

One thing that could be improved is the amount of storage that I have for video recordings. I only have 15 hours so I have to constantly be deleting recordings.

Because Zoom doesn't allow you to upload slides and you have to do screen share which takes much more minute time and attention to shift the slides.

I liked that live webinar had breakout rooms and I could upload PDFs for presentations. In contrast to AnyMeeting live webinar is video is much better quality. Any meetings video is not synced with the audio and it looks odd.

Superior to Zoom

I've never had a glitch, issue, or negative experience with LiveWebinar. It has everything I'd want and more. It's super versatile for funnel webinars and regular client meetings, or team meetings with breakout rooms, training sessions, etc.

Pros:

Livewebinar is easy to setup - it's full featured, and can prepare templated rooms and presentations. I feel it's more secure than Zoom, and far more flexible, with many more functions.

Cons:

Sometimes new people/clients don't know how to use the interface. Bubbles showcasing where the chat and buttons to turn on/off camera/mics might be helpful.

Reasons for switching to LiveWebinar

Zoom is too simple in it's interface and I can't control how things are laid out and positioned. So it became a burden on the client to figure out how to set their own Zoom settings to see things properly, etc - where with LiveWebinar I can choose how to present - in webinar format, with/without chatbox, breakout rooms, etc.

I like being able to upload multiple documents and have them in the storage ready to present. This makes it very easy to move between shared documents during presentation. In other systems, you have to 'stop share' and then 'start share' with a different file, which wastes a lot of time.

Cons:

The animation in ppt is lost when the file is uploaded.

Cost-effective webinar tool

LiveWebinar is a great tool for small companies who don't want to spend the high cost of more well known tools like WebEx. It's pretty basic and doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but that is all we needed.

I had some issues with the HubSpot integration side when using registration forms, but it all got worked out.

Cons:

It can be confusing to those unfamiliar with it, including me who hasn't figured out how to use all the features. I wish it had an auto record feature like zoom because I sometimes forget to hit record.
