Terrible. We quit using them because we found a better alternative for our company. Without notification they charged my credit card for another year and will not reverse the charge because the auto renew button was automatically set in their settings. They have been terrible to deal with and I am only left to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would avoid doing business with this company or any other company that tricks their customers into another annual fee. Probably an indication that they can't keep customers any other way perhaps.....
