Pros:

It is very easy to create chat flow in the Power Virtual Agent . It has a strong connection with other power platform apps.

Cons:

Power virtual agent cannot stand independent in the market and capture the share as they cannot work without the help of other Power platform products

I believe it’s the next best thing in a world of large language model AI chatbot assistants. Easy to learn with plenty of online resources to utilize if you need them

It's a nice start, but still has a long way to go

While it's laid out in such a way to make it easy for users to get started, Copilot and the Agent's themselves are limited and I would not rate the resulting agents "production ready".

It works okay if you want to get a quick bot out that basically performs a search of a website.

Cons:

First of all, it's very restricted with what you can do with a basic license. The functionality is also very limited. For instance, you can have your "Agent" obtain data from online SharePoint documents, a SharePoint Document library, or a SharePoint website. However, you can't get data from a SharePoint list. Why is this implemented out of the box? Second, I set up instructions for my agents. I asked it to summarize a bunch of PDF documents. Literally 30 seconds later I copied/pasted my command and ran it a second time - with a completely different result!

what I like most about Microsoft Copilot Studio is that I have access to all the Microsoft software I use in one place and I can use them in-conjunction with one another.

Cons:

There is nothing I like least as this software allows me to intergrade all it's features with one another.

Pros:

We use Copilot for our designated firm approved AI platform. The best part is that it integrates with our entire Microsoft Office Suite, so it's able to tailor its response to your specific account/emails/documents, etc.

Cons:

There are many times where I feel like Copilot does an amazing job at building formatting and ideating documents, but it never allows me to actually see or download the document it creates.
