Great user-friendly interface, built-in redaction tools that improves confidentiality, granular access controls for secure document sharing, and real-time activity monitoring.

The only things I would improve are: the download mechanics (just start the download immediately without needing to navigate to a new screen and don't send me emails about my download being ready), the index UI feels a bit clunky, and the search feature struggles to pick up the contents of documents where uploading the contents to a doc review software and searching does capture the contents of easily readable documents.

The feature I appreciated most is how seamlessly everything syncs across devices. Whether you are on my laptop, phone, or tablet, my files are always exactly where I left them, updated in real time without me having to think about it and provide great customer support and value for money.

The cons include reliance on internet, potential privacy concerns due to Google's data model, shared storage limits, and occasional speed issues, requiring careful management of security and offline access needs.
