    Simplicity and ease of implementing the software as part of the client onboarding for GSD Safety clients. We use Site Connect as part of our package of services to ensure our clients compliant with a software package that does not require them to go and source the capability on top of engaging a safety consultant, having a system is crucial to running your business and having Site Connect as our partner has been a game changer.
    Cons:
    Some development solutions needed, however this is typical of all systems when working with multiple industries and customers.

    Second to none in custom service, if the team cannot answer our call, there is always a call back with 15-20mins. They listen, offer alternatives, always willing to meet via teams or in person, very patient and understanding. Overall [sensitive content hidden] really seem to care about our business.

    We have some specific requirements that SiteConnect does not currently have, and the team has been more than accomodating in developing the system to our needs
    Cons:
    We should have joined them sooner, Their sales/service team has amazing custom service, We trust that SiteConnect will continue to to add staff resource as the custom base grows.

    Its very clunky. Lots of items that need to be improved but feels like it may be put in the too hard basket or maybe there isnt enough back ground resource. For us the aim was to reduce workload and go electronic but we have a number of issues. A few of these are - A 1 page form (hard copy) now turns into about 6pages. If a client has to sift through this is would become extremly frustrating and does not look professional - No function for tables in the forms therefore leading to the above and is much harder to find info on the form. - We have had issues with downloading and errors - No function for drop down menus or scrolling numbers for dates - Seems very expensive for what it is Sometimes has to many layers to quickly review things and feel like some forms gets lost

    They have provided us with a one-stop-shop to manage all of our Health & Safety requirements on our sites. The team was really easy to work with and support on getting the system up and running was really simple.
    Cons:
    We were able to completely customise our inductions, but we couldn't use the induction module correctly for our needs on the site.

    Easy to use, continuously developing and improving. Bugs and issues are quickly responded to. Staff are very helpful.
    Cons:
    The google issue where there is always a notification showing on the phone that there there is geofencing active.

    The common mistake I've seen with deciding the best platform for managing health and safety is when only thinking about frontline use and not considering the administration at the 'back-end' SiteConnect does it very well for frontline use and back-end, administration use, managing the system.

    Getting rid of the amount of paperwork and managing issues easily from the office desktop, providing support to site managers and contractors.
    Cons:
    Works best when all workers have a smartphone. Some workers do not have a smartphone or don't like using their smartphone for employers.

    Reasons for choosing SiteConnect

    The online training videos, and immediate support from SiteConnect (cost-free!). accessibility to SiteConnect as they are local and have an actual office and boardroom for meetings and training.

    Reasons for switching to SiteConnect

    Don't get me wrong, SCRIM is great for setting up the HSMS system exactly as you prefer. However, it requires extensive training for administrators, and there are costs involved for every glitch created by the administrator in the system. SiteConnect, on the other hand, offers a national platform that is more static for administrators, meaning it's very easy to navigate, and the online videos are very helpful.

It's important to note however, that an alternative method of signing-in visitors into the site is via the visitor kiosk solution that's integrated into the sign in functionality.     Everything is in the employees hand from Hazards , Emergency plans, JSA's, Toolbox meeting templates, Audit templates , Geo Fences, plus more to speed up the Safety admin side of building.
    Cons:
    Having to navigate through alot of other systems that couldn't do what Site Connect can do like uploading photos to your toolbox meetings.

    Support is fantastic, Theresa is excellent with her ability to problem solve. I like the various sign in options. Hazard reporting etc, is simple to use
    Cons:
    Sometimes the audit reporting scene glitches out. Occasionally SC logs employees out especially annoying for those on "always" and you don't realise you are not signing in on sites.
