3CX vs Ooma Office: Which is best for you?

We have 2 locations across USA and Mexico and we were able to connect both sites into one system.

The admin permissions options aren't amazing, and isn't convenient to assign access to other ICT staff. Since we have multiple sites and don't want to appear in each team, I need to use my supervisors account which has owner level access.

Ooma Office saved me a bundle compared to what Verizon was charging me and give me many more options like the app and plethora of phone features and virtual assistant.

I would be told that they couldn't do anything as I am calling non-office hours they are only open from 9am-7pm EST anytime after that you will reach someone that is located in The Philippines and they can't deal with cancellations or refunds.
