3CX vs Bria: Which is best for you?

We have 2 locations across USA and Mexico and we were able to connect both sites into one system.

The admin permissions options aren't amazing, and isn't convenient to assign access to other ICT staff. Since we have multiple sites and don't want to appear in each team, I need to use my supervisors account which has owner level access.

We have remote staff that work at home that all have Bria installed on their pc's it allows us to stay connected and all be in a queue for when customers call in.

We now have over $1200 credit with them that we can't use and they are refusing to give us our money back.
