3CX vs Zoiper: Which is best for you?

We have 2 locations across USA and Mexico and we were able to connect both sites into one system.

The admin permissions options aren't amazing, and isn't convenient to assign access to other ICT staff. Since we have multiple sites and don't want to appear in each team, I need to use my supervisors account which has owner level access.

It’s reliable for making and receiving calls, easy to configure with SIP accounts, and the call quality is generally good. While the design could be more modern and some features are locked behind the paid version, it does exactly what I need without unnecessary complications.

The Zoiper VoIP softphone DIALPAD is easy to miss.
