  • Having a dedicated business line with tracking, voicemail, and call analytics has helped me stay organized and never miss important calls from customers.
  • The one thing I didn't like was that I entered a number that I wanted to use and when I typed it in, since that exact number was not available it abbreviated the number for me, but didn't notify me to either change the number or give me a heads up that the number was going to be altered a bit.

  • Manageable Learning Curve While some advanced call-flow features take a little time to understand, the documentation is excellent. Once you learn the layout, everything becomes second nature.
  • There is nothing I dislike about On-Sip other than I wish I knew about them sooner, especially when I think about all of the money wasted with other VOIP companies that cost twice as much and offer and offer half of what they do.
