- From my first contact with 8x8 I was helped to understand the product and its benefits. Once I signed up 8x8 took care of porting my work number to the system and setting up my personal line and a line for our fax (fax calls to that number are routed to our 800 fax number).
- Calls only come through about 80% of the time and voicemails take a long time to show up.
- What I like most about Google voice is that you get all the features of a regular phone number for free with Google voice's virtual phone number, mostly the ability to receive verification codes
- It screens calls and doesn't always let calls through, and the sound quality isn't always the best on both my end and theirs.
