About Intulse
Intulse is a cloud-based VoIP service for small and midsize businesses. Key cloud VoIP features include conference calls, call transfers, custom hold music, interactive voice response, ring groups, call queues, caller identification and missed call indicator.
Intulse's business VoIP phone service allows users to answer customer calls with personalized recordings. Users can either record all incoming calls or use on-demand recordings. A company directory is included for callers and internal team members. Callers can dial the first few letters of a person’s name to search the directory. The busy lamp field enables users to track the status of team members.
In addition, Intulse offers a software dashboard that provides business communication tools to initiate new calls, manage voicemails and create virtual conference rooms. Managed VoIP services from Intulse also provide CRM integration with a variety of platforms, including Salesforce VoIP integration, HubSpot VoIP integration, Zoho VoIP integration, and many more. Customer Service is excellent and if you are comfortable with technology you can do most of the setup and changes yourself, which is what I prefer. The sound quality is amazing I have never had any issues whatsoever.

I was very interested in the Redtail integration feature and when I read the system features I really needed all the things that were provided, parking and transferring calls, workflows, seamless call recording and integrations, auto attendant and faxing all in one place.

I need to integrate my two current solutions along with a call recording feature that would integrate with my CRM which was Redtail.

Reasons for choosing Intulse
Combination of features and price. Microsoft Phone System couldn't provide the features we needed, and while Star2Star could provide all we needed and more, they were almost 2x more expensive than Intulse! Intulse was a perfect blend of features and price. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

We needed something more flexible and hosted than our on-prem system, something that we wouldn't have to maintain hardware for.

If you are not yet aware, we have released our own virtual phone inside of the Dashboard that can be enable for your extension whenever you would like. Overall happy with Intulse. I am realistic in believing that there are going to be some bumps that need to be smoothed out and worked through as you launch a whole new phone system. For the most part if something was not as expected, Intulse has been able to make adjustments or train us on how to accomplish what we were trying to do.
