About Line2 Pro
Line2 is a cloud-based phone system that provides assistance in calling and messaging. It is suitable for small businesses. Line2 offers standard PBX features, including a dial-by-name directory, an auto attendant, call forwarding, after-hours call handling and call blocking.
The calling module helps users to dial contacts, forward calls, port numbers and make calls using wi-fi. Users can choose a number from multiple area codes, port existing numbers, get toll free numbers and design their own vanity number. Users can also design their own IVR system with an auto attendant feature in which there is a digital receptionist which describes voice menu system so that calls are routed and answered.
Lin2’s messaging feature allows users to communicate with people one-on-one and with multiple groups via SMS, MMS and similar means.
Pricing is on a per month subscription basis. Support is offered via phone and email.

As a virtual phone it's more than compatible to work with in any circumstances. You need to refresh the app on window to see updated call logs which can be considered as cons.

Line 2 is very unreliable for business

Customer service has been terrible. They do not answer the support number and the mail box is always full. Filling a report on their website has not fixed anything for the past 45 day.

My experience with Line

In general I would not recommend it, there are better free options with more users. I would change the payment option, I would improve the quality of the calls and I would focus on making myself better known in other countries, also, I would add the option of other lines outside the United States and Canada. Also, I would like to be able to reach more users.
