About LoopUp

LoopUp is a cloud-based video conferencing solution designed to help businesses communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders. The platform includes real-time alerts, which let hosts receive automated notifications when a guest joins the meeting.

LoopUp comes with an interactive interface, which allows managers to view active members/speakers, include additional information with LinkedIn profiles, add late joiners and mute background noise to improve calling experience. It offers numerous features such as one-click sharing, multi-device access, audio/video recording, iOS and Android mobile applications, screen sharing, data encryption and more. Additionally, professionals can send invites to multiple users using the Microsoft Outlook application.

LoopUp supports single sign-on (SSO) via integration with various SAML-based identity providers such as Ping Identity, Centrify, Okta, OneLogin and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS). It offers monthly/annual subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email, documentation and other online measures.

Strong Enterprise Level Conference Call Application

We wanted to modernize our conference calling and still our teams to focus on the client but providing an easy to use, reliable tool for hosting calls.

Pros:

LoopUp is a user-friendly conference call application that provides easy integration for Outlook and standard conference units. Call quality is very high, and it's easy to organize to bring in the external participants. Further, LoopUp takes data security seriously which is a plus for our organization.

Cons:

No overall cons of using LoopUp. From time to time we notice slowdowns on the web and there have been 'hiccups' that require restarting meetings.

Pros:

Easy to use even for outside users. I can send a link to outside users and I do not need to give them an explanation on how to use the service. No need to dial in and it knows my phone number (no need to type the number each time)

Cons:

The call quality is not always great, you can hear some background noises if there are many people on a call. Possibility to invite someone on a call (if he's late or if you want to call different people at different times);

I like that LoopUp calls you for meetings and many of my clients like that feature as well. It's easy to do a screenshare myself and for others to share their screens too.

Cons:

I don't like that there isn't an audio through the computer function. I do have clients who ask about it often.

Enter in the number and the system calls you. No conference codes and optional disabling of music. Also don’t need to guess who is on the line - if they have entered in their name.

Pros:

It’s so fast and easy to join a call because the software only requires clicking a link to join. No more dialing long strings of numbers to enter a call. It’s also nice to see who’s on the call which saves a lot of time.

Cons:

If not at a computer, there’s really no advantage to using loopup. If hosting a call by dialing in, it can be hard to locate your host number.

Pros:

Since I recently started using LoopUp at my office, I am happy to say that I have found an easy and reliable method of conference calling. I like how you can mute callers and how you are always able to see a list of names of people on the call as well as the name of the person that is speaking. There are multiple different ways you can use to join a conversation. LoopUp is good for all industries.

Cons:

I have experienced occasional audio issues during calls – but no big complaints here. LoopUp is a quality service.

Good for Video Conference Calls

This was the preferred tool for conference calls with one of my partners outside of the company. We used it for all conference calls discussing weekly matters.

This was easy to dial into without issue. Sound quality is clear and crisp. One can see and receive presentations on the screen without issue.

Cons:

I struggled with the dialing options since mine would default to a phone versus my webcamera and computer tools. Otherwise it was a good, stable system.
