My experience so far has been great. I've tried several dialers in the past and so far convoso has been one of the easiest and nicest looking dialer.

Pros:
User interface design is easy to understand. Creating customer reports is super simple and easy. As a manager who uses convoso, I had an easier time using it than my previous dialers.
Cons:
Some of the custom reports get a little buggy. It used to be more convenient but if you have a lot of custom reports generated and you select one, you would have to scroll all the way up instead of automatically being at the top.

The best thing about Convoso is how much it speeds up your workflow. If you have a lot of leads to call, this thing is like a rocket ship. It cuts out the dead air and keeps agents talking. I also love the caller ID protection features; it helps keep your numbers from being flagged as "Spam," which is a total lifesaver for getting people to actually pick up the phone.
Cons:
As with any high-powered system, there’s a lot to take in at first. While the basic interface is pretty intuitive for daily tasks, the platform is packed with so many advanced features that it can be a bit overwhelming for new users.

Ease of use and managing call recordings. For the most part it is simple for agents to use and navigate and admin is able to monitor seamlessly.
Cons:
Confusing capabilities and integration with CRM. When pulling calls to a specific phone number you have to specify a time frame of around a month to find all calls associated with a specific phone number.
