Affordable Toll Free number that can be used across my entire team. I chose the least expensive and had low expectation, but they were exceeded.
Cons:
It wasn't intuitive at first but with the Guide, Support Setup Call and the videos I was able to get up and running for both voice and fax.

Unitel offers high quality voice service products with next level customer support. It was simpler than I thought - I chose the toll free number offering that worked best for my online business and was prompted to schedule a call to set up my online account and personalized professional voicemail message. My set up call lasted about 15-30 minutes and wasn't rushed or corporate sterile. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing - kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor (which is something that I value in customer service). He walked me through their clean, straightforward platform and provided some pearls of wisdom that I hadn't considered - totally valuable. I also appreciate that I can reconnect with [sensitive content hidden] in the future for any questions or issues. Being able to reach out the the same person that helped me with setup means Unitel values and stands behind personalized customer service. [sensitive content hidden] authenticity and genuine interest in me succeeding with my new business was a bonus that I hadn't expected but warmly welcomed. So, aside from the voice service, mobile app, and dashboard experience, the best thing about Unitel is its people - for sure.

Pricing for a very small business. Ease of porting number, and it started working immediately with no setup. Unitel pushed for an onboarding call, which was incredibly helpful.
Cons:
Haven't found anything in my first month. It's been a painless transition and has saved me a ton of money.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in a long time. Had a small issue over the holiday weekend, and the chat box was available to help. I couldn’t believe they were available and solved the problem. I even received a follow up call a few hours later to make sure problem was resolved! Amazing!!! I love the convenience of the app and that I can separate personal and business calls as well as have a separate ring tone for business calls.
Cons:
I think the inbox page can be streamlined a bit. The filter section above the actual voicemail section is cumbersome. I would prefer to see my actual voicemail messages first and then filter.

Reasons for switching to Unitel Voice

The connection was not very good and sometimes the call would drop which is not good when trying to conduct business. Also, I did not like that the Google voice had to be announced when someone wanted to leave a voicemail. It made my business sound unprofessional in my opinion.
