Teams using VoIP.ms can create their own space and communicate with several people in the same conversation through audio conferencing capabilities. The solution enables users to handle high volumes of incoming calls by arranging them in queues, which can be configured to offer optimal customer service. It also offers multiple failover options, call hunting, time conditions and speed dialing.

VoIP.ms provides sequencing, which allows businesses to create specific scenarios by combining recordings, DTMF and SMS options. The configurable voice response system helps users create numeric extensions for callers to reach the required parties, which can be managed from a single interface.

      Very good service for a good price

      Overall my experience with VoIP.ms has been good. Their products do pretty much anything a small business needs without necessarily needing to have a full PBX onsite or in the cloud. It works well.

      I like how easy it is to procure a new DID / Local Number. They often have numbers in stock for my rural location or they can procure one within a few days. It is also much cheaper to purchase a DID from here than other competitors.
      Cons:
      Their documentation is often a bit lacking or out of date. It's not usually a huge problem but it does create some frustration at times.

      The web interface is powerful and makes it easy to set up what I want to set up. The voice quality is excellent, and I never have a connection problem. I also love the automatic voicemail call transcription feature.
      Cons:
      About a year ago there was a DOS attack on the system that caused an interruption in service. Voip.ms upgraded its routing and dealt with the problem.

      It was meeting our needs until the surprise $75 charge. I've reached out to Customer Support with screenshots showing that I had the service disabled but they still won't reverse it.

      Started out as an great low-cost option for a landline but things went sour. The call quality was fine but we have to press the Flash button to get a dial tone.
      Cons:
      The setup was very complicated and time consuming, but manageable for someone tech-savvy. Despite having Emergency Services disabled, they connected an accidental 911 call and charged me $75 for the call after the fact.

      Great customer service. Chat and phone available when needed. Always able to resolve situations quickly, even if it's difficult to our specific solution.

      It's very setup-driven. You need to know exactly how you want your system set up. I don't know of another way to make it simpler but setup is somewhat tedious.

      It's a cut and dry VoIP service that provides exactly what I need, how I need without burdensome interfaces.

      Needs a little more public info on new features with clear pricing such as virtual PRI's where you can figure it out yourself without having to contact sales.

      Perfect fit for my home, and office, even for my customer. Well document configuration manual. and lots of feature right off the provider side, I have a few customer that just needs a conditional forwarder, and I was able to set it up right from Voip.ms no need for PBX.

      The part that I liked the most about this software is the reselling portal, just make it so easy to setup a new account and start belling them for their usage. All the basic feature are there for setup a call forward or a fail-over is the PBX goes down. super low rate! as low as 0.009 per minute.
      Cons:
      Only offer pay per use on outbound call. not such a big deal since their rate are so low.

      If you know what you are doing this offers great value for money. An initial challenge is working out the per minute pricing model for voip services. However, it is invariably way cheaper than any other phone model.
      Cons:
      Definitely this system is NOT for the technically 'faint of heart'. You need to get your hands dirty but once you do, no problem.
