    Great Platform

    Overall Wildix is a great product. The features are very rich and they are innovating. My slight concern is the company feels slightly less friendly towards its partners more recently.

    It’s very flexible to setup, being able to access the phone system through a web browser is very convenient and the mobile app just works
    Cons:
    The billing team is troublesome. The goal posts have moved in certain areas which has meant we have had to change the way we quote for Wildix, or have lost margin in certain areas where I have contracts in place with clients

    Excellent & has continued as such since the time we onboarded with them many years ago. They are very responsive when needed in terms of support, competitive situations & in supporting growth.

    Wildix is a fantastic solution at a great price point. Its a disrupter to much larger so called Enterprise solutions but is in much more attuned to real user requirements & continues to evolve with new innovative solutions all the time.
    Cons:
    Would like to have an option to use 3rd party endpoints perhaps by paying for a low cost 3rd party licence fee.

    When the system and end devices are in operation, they work. However, the entire procedure in the SFPC takes too long. We also seriously question the need to maintain a pipeline.

    When the devices are in operation, they usually function without any problems. Devices are stable...
    Cons:
    - The SFPC is complicated and unsuitable for its actual purpose - Support only via tickets (no telephone) - Support is sometimes clumsy, you are often referred to another department -> a new ticket must be opened - Porting only works partially, documents are required that can be viewed in ZEFIX

    Wildix: A seamless, modern unified communications platform!

    Wildix is taking communication into the future with modern platforms like X-bees and Collaboration 7, with built in transcription and AI to make people more productive. It has a familiar interface, so anyone using slack or teams should be comfortable and it gives you audio calls, video calls and chat all in one unified platform. Wildix API's and integration makes it simple to directly work with the PBX for developers, or to integrate telephony with many CRM's, SaaS tools - which again make end users more productive. Its easy to use for anyone and offers great value.

    Wildix is a great unified communications platform, which can be used with a range of devices including physical handsets, mobile apps and browser-based communications, giving users a lot of flexibility on how they use the service. The best part for us is their SIP service, CLASSOUND. The call / audio quality is excellent, one of the best we've experienced and its all built into the PBX meaning its zero-touch configuration for deployment. The customer service team handle all port requests and it just makes life simple, having one point of contact for any issue.
    Cons:
    No negatives to report - things go wrong for any provider from time to time.. but Wildix customer service / technical team are excellent at dealing with issues, keeping us updated and working together to find a solution. For example, we had a server issue with a new installation recently causing disruption to agents. Wildix quickly worked with us and upgraded the server overnight (at a time convenient to the end user) and no problems since.

    To gain access to API's to integrate a phone system into a CRM - Wildix have extensive API options.

    The Wildix Team are fantastic to work with, always eager to assist with changing requirements and support. Customer Support is very responsive and always manages to fix issues fast
    Cons:
    Product documentation is very technical and aimed at support staff. Would be great to have some cheat sheets for end users.

    I really like how innovative, modern, and forward-thinking Wildix is compared to other PBX solutions.
    Cons:
    I find it a pity that Android Auto and CarPlay are still not supported, as this would greatly enhance usability.

    Wildix innovation

    After trying several online PBXs, it is the one with the easiest installation and integration with apps / websites. The software they update improves with each update they release. The price per extension is reasonable.

    Cons:
    Some basic features not implemented natively in the system, the documentation for the API system that doesn't include precise example for developing/testing features.

    Wildix provides fast and highly competent support that always has a solution ready. There are AI voice bots, and through the Idea Portal, partners can submit suggestions for improvements.
    Cons:
    For partners, the sales pressure is high. As partner you have to pay a relatively high amount to get started, but in return, you receive very good training.
