    The technical and commercial support is excellent, we always receive quick, professional assistance, and the team is supportive from every point of view. This partnership has made it easier for us to grow and deliver better results.
    Cons:
    The only area that could be improved is language accessibility. Most of the procedures and materials are in English, which can be challenging for team members who are not fluent. A stronger multilingual support system would make the experience even better.

    When the system and end devices are in operation, they work. However, the entire procedure in the SFPC takes too long. We also seriously question the need to maintain a pipeline.

    When the devices are in operation, they usually function without any problems. Devices are stable...
    Cons:
    - The SFPC is complicated and unsuitable for its actual purpose - Support only via tickets (no telephone) - Support is sometimes clumsy, you are often referred to another department -> a new ticket must be opened - Porting only works partially, documents are required that can be viewed in ZEFIX

    Wildix is super easy to use and really reliable calls are clear, and everything just works smoothly across devices.
    Cons:
    I haven’t experienced any real downsides so far. Overall, both apps (web and mobile) provide a solid experience without major issues.

    We switched from Calliope to Wildix because it’s more cost-effective and offers better customization options. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and makes communication and collaboration much smoother across devices.

    Why i think wildix is the best solution for our business

    we are very happy and fullfills all our needs, our business needs very specific integrations and configurations that no other pbx could meet.

    The features, flexibility of configurations and integrations with all our crm's. For example, we have an ivr that redirects the actual customers to their assigned managers.
    Cons:
    it can be a little hard for a non technical person to start, but if you have a little knowledge is the best, you can do all kind of configurations. This is also why it becomes hard at first, you must know very well what you want to do.

    it didn't help us with all our integrations needs, nor with the easy remote acces to our extensions

    Most Reliable App on Desktop & Mobile

    We are a believer in the product; its been tried and tested and has some real USP's compared to our other platform providers.

    The UC Collaboration on desktop and mobile is by far the most reliable we have used and the most simple to understand for our customers.
    Cons:
    Being given initial gold status as part of the onboarding process; then having to keep to quarterly targets to retain this status; otherwise suffering price increases and a mention of having to pay £1500 per annum for use of Wildix support. Holland distribution is frustration resulting in longer lead times, inflated courier charges and further costs for breaking a pallet and box if we don't take a set Qty of the same item. Too much push on HaaS; not everyone wants this option; releasing newer handsets on HaaS and leaving the capex orders with old model stock.

    WIldix has better UC features and Horizon is getting too stale and dated now.

    Wildix is a fantastic solution at a great price point. Its a disrupter to much larger so called Enterprise solutions but is in much more attuned to real user requirements & continues to evolve with new innovative solutions all the time.
    Cons:
    Would like to have an option to use 3rd party endpoints perhaps by paying for a low cost 3rd party licence fee.

    Best UCaaS vendor

    We've been partner since 2019. We were looking for a UCC solution as we had a bad experience with another vendor. At the time we were selling traditional VoIP PBXs based on Asterisk with no real value for our customers. Moreover we knew that OPEX model was the future but we didn't know hot to start. When we got in touch with Wildix it found out they were different and it was exactly what we were looking for. They had a great UCC Solution, a great Customer Support and they taught us how to sell their products with an OPEX model. Moreover they don't sell directly to customers and really care about partner's ecosystem. We now have a solid MRR that's increasing month by month. Best choice ever.

    Cons:
    It's hard to find something not working with Wildix. Somebody would say prices, it could be but then you understand that's all about positioning and customer value, so price becomes less important.
