Startquestion is a professional survey software designed to help businesses of all sizes, freelancers, nonprofits, educational institutions and more create online questionnaires for researching employees, clients and community. Key features include email marketing, question branching, custom survey URLs, customizable templates, multi-channel distribution and data analysis tools.

Teams using Startquestion can add company or project logo to questionnaires and establish brand identity with respondents. Built-in graphic templates allow users to personalize the questions, titles, answers, progress bar, frames, background photo, messages, buttons and other content of the survey design. Additionally, filter questions can be applied using transition logic and rules, which enables respondents to answer questions that are appropriate in their situation.

Startquestion offers an external domain for surveys, which lets businesses hide the footer of the questionnaire. Users can distribute surveys by email and website popups and icons, as well as, filter and segregate the collected results, which can be viewed in the form of a presentation.

Pros:
Best thing with Startquestion is, it has a survey builder that really helpful in building the basic structure of the survey form with the build-in template that they providing. It saves so much time in helping and gives suggestion for type of question to be ask on the survey form.
Cons:
There are not much choices that can be choose from the subscription price scheme, especially for a small companies, thus making them have to choose pricier premium plan then what their organization actually needs. User will more appreciated if they can be more flexible on the price plan.

I really appreciate that the tool is constantly developing - it has more functions and sample surveys that are ready and can be used for the research we conduct with "one click". The responsiveness of the support department is also critically important to us. The Webanieta team works quickly, professionally and flexibly. I really appreciate the quality of customer service.

Startquestion overrated

Good in the beginning to set-up the product and deploying the survey, but as I proceeded i found very little online help and then all other functionality like reporting etc, runs into very expensive add-ons. My overall experience is therefore really spoiled by the later encounters on the software, to the point that I cannot The worst is you cannot obtain any invoice from Startquestion which leaves you with expenditure which you cannot account for in your business.

Non-Technical Users Publish Surveys Easily With Integrated Metadata Analysis Features

It's simple to use, you can create widgets that are displayed on your platform as well as full, more formal, surveys that can be sent to users and the support is excellent. We use it display surveys on our web based platform and, following limited development, non-technical users are able to create and publish surveys.

Ease of use. Ability to pass metadata that we already hold in order that we can more effectively analyse results and don't need to waste survey questions on, for example, understanding the user's location or user type. Good support when I've had issues or questions.

Some question types are not available on widgets There's nothing else jumping out at me as a weakness.
