Easy to Use Org Chart Software

I tried quite a few software options for org charts and this was the easiest to use and quickest to deploy.

Creately has some decent templates to begin an org chart or mind map, although some more work could be put into the template selection. From the template, the edits are really easy and intuitive.

Cons:

If you want to start from scratch (e.g. no template), the software is a little tricky for a novice to make something that looks professional. The template selection could be augmented to help provide more bases to start from.

Effective Visual Collaboration Platform

Overall, my experience with Creately has been positive. It has streamlined our project planning and made visual collaboration much easier. I love how I can share diagrams with my team and get feedback quickly. However, I believe there’s still room for improvement, especially regarding advanced features and mobile usability.

I really liked the intuitive interface of Creately. It made it easy for me to jump right in and start creating diagrams without a steep learning curve. The real-time collaboration feature is fantastic; I could work with my team seamlessly, and we could see each other's changes instantly. The variety of templates available saved us a lot of time, and the infinite canvas allowed us to organize our ideas without feeling restricted.

Cons:

On the downside, I found that the free plan has some limitations that can be frustrating, especially for larger teams. The mobile experience could also use some improvement; it’s not as user-friendly as the desktop version. Additionally, while I appreciate the features available, I sometimes wish there were more customization options for complex diagrams.

Great tool to create an organigram

It took me some time to find out how things work on Creately with my 49 years :-), but once you get a feel for it, it is a great tool to create structure in your company using these tools. Our company used it mainly to create the organigram of our company and I would recommend it to other people.

Cons:

It was frustrating for me in the beginning, because it took me some time until I figured out how Creately works.
