The RPA Player

My overall experience using this software is good. I will definitely go for this software or even prefer to use when i have to work more on thick client-based automation.

Pros:

Easier to implement or integrate through third-party software. The blocks are easier to understand and create. The Screen recorder is quite easier to use.

Cons:

The configuration settings are a bit difficult to understand it took me 2hrs to configure it correctly.

Reasons for switching to Aiwozo

The requirement was to automate a thick client process where i think AIWOZO is best suited.

"One of the best Intelligent automation RPA tool"

My overall journey so far has been so smooth and have learnt a lot by watching videos and reading documents from the academy module. Also, you can get 24/7 support from the Aiwozo team when required. Super easy to build automation and work through it, folks you should definitely try this out.

The best features are that it has some really cool inbuilt features like Image classifier, sentiment analysis, and computer vision and moreover, they are very easy to use and no advanced skill is required to implement them. The studio UI is simple and straightforward.

Overall we can reduce a lot of efforts for previously used automation and we may implement some machine learning techniques to derrive insights from the analytical suite.

1) Very simple bot creation. 2) Dynamic debugging-change and run different scenarios during the run itself. 3)Code free automation is biggest advantage. Targets accelerated delivery.

Cons:

1) Providing an analytical suite is not good enough, human interaction will be required to get insights of analytics solution, like decision making. AI may come into picture. 2)Minor changes in the setup may significantly impact the bots.

Reasons for choosing Aiwozo

The company was looking a tool that fits the budget and aiwozo was a great fit for the organization. It helped in lowering scripted automation in testing and fairly easier creation of bots. We look forward if any seamless integration of data analytics if possible.

Aiwozo provides a better way to automate your process. It allows us to easily configure the automation process. Very time saving compared to other tools in the market. The best part of this tool is the dashboard. This is usually under work zone part that monitors robot status, type, etc. Automating the daily tasks becomes easy. A non-technical person can also explore this RPA tool as there are very easy to use features like drag and drop. This tool eliminates manual dependency and errors to great extent.

Cons:

Everything looks good from functionality point of view. Just toolbox search sometimes crashes.

The best part of this tool is its AI capability which comes out of the box like Image Classifier, Sentiment Analysis and Computer Vision. These are some advanced topics but they have made it very easy to develop and integrate. The UI of studio and work zone is good in terms of simplicity. The product is cost effective.

Cons:

Since this product is at very initial stage they should focus on integrating more and more features like Document Processing etc. Also they could boost up their training materials and documentation which will help new developer to adapt to this new RPA tool quickly. Sometimes I have observed that the studio hangs when we perform search of activity. But overall this tool looks quite promising in RPA domain

Aiwozo being a new tool in this domain is stepping up & rising up to its customer expectation for being innovative & full of functionality RPA tool. Aiwozo has a very easy looking yet powerful & intuitive User interface. It comes with modules that are inbuilt & makes it easy to get it integrated with third-party applications. Its OCR & AI capabilities make it stand out from the crowd & make it distinctive & at par with other tools out there.

Cons:

It would be unfair just to point out any cons for Aiwozo, as it's still a very new entry into RPA Domain & its users are still exploring its functionalities. The prospect looks bright & Aiwizo is seemingly headed in the right direction, it's just a matter of time that it would be a tool to watch out for.
