ChurchTrac vs ParishSOFT: Which is best for you?

Overall, ChurchTrac is a great app for church leaders and administrators to track their churches impact in their neighborhoods, membership growth, and other church member milestones.

There's not really anything that I don't like about ChurchTrac. If I could tweak anything--and I've already suggested this to the developers a couple of times--it would be to allow automations to be set for quarterly and semi-annual actions, not just daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.

I appreciate the ability to check on parishioners from the three churches so easily as well as the students in the Religious Education/Faith Formation programs and the ability to run the various reports with varying degrees of information

The project manager assigned to me does not return my phone calls or emails for weeks at a time.
