Pros:

I like that it is an all-in-one package that covers your CRM, projects, tasks, workspaces (I use for departments), finances, knowledge base, etc.. Previously I would use a dedicated PM system and wish I had more insight into my business.

Cons:

Some of the UI feels outdated. I feel like it can be improved. I also found some bulk edit capabilities missing, which does become a pain when I have to manually edit a bunch of tasks.

Reasons for choosing Flowlu

Same situation, requires you to build the entire system.

Reasons for switching to Flowlu

ClickUp requires you the user to build the system whereas Flowlu already has the system perfectly built out for you. I can hit the ground running with Flowlu and have projects/tasks ready in minutes. With ClickUp, I spend more time thinking about the best way to set up my structure than the actual projects/tasks at hand.

Great visualizing tool for customer journey and retention

I’ve tried multiple crms and kanban / scrum tools for project tracking and nothing has been better than Flowlu.

Pros:

I love the opportunities page. It’s visualizes 90% of what I need to see very quickly and centralizes communication and project / customer information. As a manager I can easily see history, progress, updates, communicate with team, and store pertinent documents

Cons:

Minor picky things that I’d like to customize would be defaults fields and drop downs. Perhaps they are available but I haven’t asked.

Reasons for switching to Flowlu

High level took way too long to set up. Glitchy. Bad app.

One feature keeps me there.

The only reason that I stick with Flowlu is that it is the only PM tool that allows you to have multiple payers on one project. That's it. The support is severely lacking. Documentation is mediocre and the public comments of the developer/owner are kind of rude.

Pros:

Flowlu is an extremely robust tool and has a lot of features that you probably don't need. I bought on a lifetime deal so for the money it works decent.

Cons:

Flowlu is somewhat confusing where it doesn't need to be. There are slow development cycles and the new features are on the useless side when you have other issues that are more core to project management.

Pros:

What I like most is how much Flowlu does in one platform. I don’t have time to bounce between five different tools, so having task management, invoicing, CRM, and team collaboration all in one place is huge. It’s easy to use and has made staying organized a lot less stressful.

Cons:

There’s a bit of a learning curve. A few features felt clunky or hard to find at first, and I had to dig around or Google how to use them. I’d love to see more in-product tips or guidance built in.

Reasons for choosing Flowlu

I chose Flowlu because it had everything I needed in one place: project management, CRM, invoicing, and team collaboration. Other tools I looked at either didn’t offer all of those features or charged extra for them. Flowlu felt like the best value and fit for my business.

Flowlu Keeps Our Team Organized and Efficient

My overall experience with Flowlu has been very positive. The platform provides strong Security, great Value for Money, and responsive Customer Support. The tools for Project Collaboration and Team Collaboration make it easy to keep everyone aligned, while Project Tracking ensures that deadlines are met. In addition, the Employee Management feature has helped us stay organized internally. Overall, Flowlu has improved the way we manage our work and made our team more efficient.

The Project Collaboration, Team Collaboration, and Project Tracking features make it very easy to keep our groups organized and meet deadlines. It really improves efficiency and helps our team stay connected.

Cons:

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first because it has so many features. It takes some time to learn how to use everything efficiently, but once you get used to it, it works really well.

CRM interface is user friendly. Links between CRM and record list is advantage. Adjustable user interface is good. You can expand the information you enter with custom fields

Cons:

List import is problem because of CSV file format. Time tracker is not practical. CRM repost is not customizable. It is very basic.

Security, customer support and project collaboration are great. Whenever I had an issue I always received a helpful and useful reply.

Cons:

It would have been very useful to have active reminders popping up as it is essential for us to track parts of the process that have not been completed

Flexible enterprise level mutli-use platform at great value

So far its been great. Really enjoying the extra functionalities we get around the core products we need.

Great Value for money. Lot of different well built out features and functionalities that overlap. Customer support has been great also, we usually get an instant response to any queries and have been able to build our franchise business around the products pretty quickly. Addition of tasks and project features really complete the CRM functionality.

Cons:

Would be great to have an email / SMS automation functionality to go along with the CRM. Some of the permissions aren't as flexible as they could be, but this is a minor thing and there are workarounds.

Reasons for switching to Flowlu

Cost of AC was very high. Flowlu gives us multiple tools with the CRM out of the box.
