NetSuite vs Propel: Which is best for you?

We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)

Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house.

It provides a unified system for managing product development and quality processes. And the configurability allows us to tailor workflows and user interfaces to match our business needs.

Typically when we contact Propel support, they are helpful in explaining what is wrong, but they are not proactive about helping us make changes to our system.
