NetSuite vs SAP Business One: Which is best for you?

We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)

Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house.

I think it is a great platform for Business needs and that there is a lot of customization there to fit all different fields of work.

We have SAP Business One through Seidor and their customer service is not the best/expensive
