RealPage vs Yardi Breeze: Which is best for you?

What I liked most about RealPage was security, customer support, performance and speed, tenant management, and small business use.

I don't like to leave it as that because it seems like a cop-out, but I truly cannot think of a feature that is in RealPage that I even remotely like or prefer based on my experience with other softwares.

I am pleased with the new Smart AP, it allows us to connect our payables to MRs and keep track of spending and recognize trends in Maintenance and Repair.

Many times, we feel like we know more about the functionality of YardiBreeze than they do. When they take issues "offline" because they can't help us, it takes them days to get back to us, and most often, the problem is not resolved.
