lead manager and filter these secction i use on daily basis and like most

Cons:

coustomise coulum section i use rare but it is good feature

Pros:

A lot of interesting features it has. But the one which i like the most is the Feature which allows use to change the lead stage of multiple leads together. It helps to save our time a lot.

Cons:

Not as such. As earlier the issues which i were having have been resolved once i raised the query

Company gave us the CRM to work with. This was the Crm which was being used since the beginning

i have been using meritto since last 9 month, as of now i feel its quite easy to use - as i used leadsqure but it was quite difficult to use.

Cons:

the followup part, i fill quite caboodle. make it straight forward easy and in a simple way.

Pros:

Simple user interface and quick filters for untouched leads

Cons:

Taking the follow-up data and maintaining proper followup is very hectic.... Can't put an exact filters to extract a perticular set of data and also after updating a lead the whole lead set got refreshed , also while adding new filter the previous filter get disabled automatically

Change is organization, so I have to change it accordingly
