Pros:

Meritto is definitely a very user-friendly and efficient CRM solution for Emir Overseas LLP, particularly in managing our student leads and streamlining follow-ups. Its simple interface comparing to other CRMs like lead square allow our counselors to easily integrate it to our day to day work-flow. The built-in analytics tools in the dashboard help us gain insights into lead conversions, enabling data-driven strategies to enhance our performance. The customization options cater to our unique operational needs, making it easy for a startup like Emir.

Cons:

Despite its pros, Meritto does have some limitations. The mobile app could be more seamless, as occasional syncing issues happens. Additionally, integrating it with external platforms like once trying to integrate the API with Pur website was a bit challenging.

One of the best CRMs at present, on par with all the big names in the market

As a person who has worked with multiple CRMs including Leadsquared, Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, etc., I would rate it on par with most of the systems currently present. It is less-complex, easy to use, and easy to train new-joinees on. I would rate my overall experience with NPF as 9/10

Cons:

The mobile application isn't as user-friendly. It might do better with a UI revamp. Accessing notifications or Dashboards on mobile is cumbersome most of the times.

best app solution for education system needs

Data management of meritto is very much good. it is designed keeping in mind the smallest needs required

when we login it ask OTP every time if we are not keeping password on remember password setting and there is some options lacking by enabling that it can be more effective

Easy to use CRM

Overall experience is good. It's a good CRM for beginners but lots of improvement is needed as mentioned above. Very easy to use as well.

Easy interface, Anyone with less skillset can easily use it.

Cons:

Sometimes it's very slow to respond. When searching a particular filter, the page gets stuck and takes a lot of time to load. If too many windows are open, the main page starts to get hang. Auto log out in the evening.
