Pros:

It's easy to set up, and works as expected. When I needed help, support was customized and quick.

Cons:

My landing page runs on WIX, and WIX makes it difficult for products like this to work. That was the only complication, but I think that is more of a WIX issue than anything.

Easy of use. I tried both and PromoteKit worked right away, Rewardful was harder to make work and they couldn't detect why

- Quick and easy to setup - User friendly interface - Boosted our affiliate sales by 8x - Setup once and leave to run

Cons:

Nothing really, it’s straightforward and easy to use. I guess if I had to pick something it would be more options to contact affiliate partners or provide them with custom codes etc.

How simple and easy it was to integrate directly with Stripe for both automated and manual commissions.

Cons:

We run high ticket products, so the typical pricing tiers were quickly exceeded even with only two referrers. Connor from PromoteKit was fantastic in working with us to find something mutually beneficial and ensure we were being taken care of, which far and wide is another reason why I love working with them. Its software with a soul.

It was the only one that I found that integrates directly with Stripe without also needing a supplemental tracking pixel on the site.

Flexible platform with great support and a clean UI

My overall experience has been excellent. The team was quick to respond to my emails and helped us implement custom metadata solutions, even without being on an enterprise plan. Cons:

What’s missing is the ability to export this data in CSV and some reports. But as an affiliate system, it’s working really well.

Amazing support, competitive pricing and simple.

Overall, with the addition of a few key features (which the [sensitive content hidden] reassured me are on their way in March, 2025) PromoteKit represents a solid affiliate program tool for startups and mid-sized companies using Stripe as their payment processor.

Quite a few key affiliate platform features are missing, such as being to sort by highest performing affiliates, including date filters, etc.

I am the founder of NextSaaS, my experience with PromoteKit has been fantastic! I’ve always wanted to integrate affiliate functionality into my boilerplate business, and with PromoteKit, it took me just 30 minutes to set everything up. Now, every boilerplate I sell comes pre-integrated with PromoteKit. It’s such a valuable tool!
