Really quick installation of the plugin. In addition the configuration was easy and very intuitive. After I couldn't get a service to activate I contacted support which answered over the weekend, which was followed up by xustomer support today. All in all excellent experience, and I would strongly advice non-developers to use this plugin!

I feel like this company is trying to sell a bigger solution than they have the infrastructure and resources to do. They have only thought about the platform from a platform perspective and have not thought about the actual use case. You can set up multiple branches and have numerous employees but there is no function for a branch manager view, you cannot look at the calendar and get a full view of the branches appointments for the day.

Amazing plugin for saving time, and amazing service after purchase!

I also want to mention, as a web developer, that when something was wrong and didn't work on my website, I contacted the support team and in days their dev team fixed the issue for me. They did the responsible and amazing thing of checking their own code and fixing the issue without blaming my setup like many other plugin developers, and only for that amazing service I am sure that I will be happy to purchase more licenses for friends of my wife who are interested in the same booking system.

Implementation was quick and easy. Setup and customization was easy and quite good. However, what was even better than the extensive capabilities of the plugin, was their support. They're responsive, patient, and thorough. Even when some of the issue was due to my configuration mistake, they kept pushing to find a solution and wanted to ensure I was successful. Hands down the best experience from a WordPress plugin provider that I have ever seen.

We needed an easier to use scheduling experience for our users. We got that and so much more as a result of the switch. Important note, we switched from JetAppointment plugin, by Crocoblock, but this wasn't selectable in the dropdown so I chose the closest option, Crocoblock's JetFormBuilder.

After 5 years of using Amelia as a reliable and professional booking system, I can confidently say it has become an essential part of my workflow as a photographer. Over time, it has matured into a very stable plugin, even with regular updates. The interface is clean, modern, and easy to use for both clients and admins. Now that I’ve upgraded to the Elite license, I’m planning to build a full automated workflow using Amelia's REST API to streamline my back-office and CRM tasks. This will allow me to go even further in customizing and integrating the booking experience into my website. Amelia has grown with my business, and I’m excited for what’s next.
