About My Art Collection

My Art Collection is an on-premise solution that helps art galleries catalog and track the sale, lending, and donation of all items. It enables users to record information related to each artwork such as painter details, reviews, notes, sales history, authentication, and more on a centralized platform.

My Art Collection allows collectors to upload and assign multiple images as visual references to paintings, sculptures, and other artworks. It lets users view, sort, edit, and share data related to art collections with all stakeholders, facilitating internal collaboration. Additionally, users can generate insurance reports with information such as collection summary, art lists, labels, portfolios, donated items, appraisal details, authentication details, and more.

My Art Collection integrates with the FileMaker Go application, which lets users view and edit collection details via iPad or iPhone devices. It is available on a perpetual license and support is extended via documentation and other online measures

Wonderful program that has made work so much easier in the art world. Now I can spend more time creating.

Pros:

The best thing about My Art Collection is that I can catalog all of my art pieces in one place and provide as much information as I need to find it later. Color coding, categories, information input, these are just a few things that make this software my choice in Art Cataloguing.

Cons:

The price is great for what the software is but I wish is was cheaper because a lot of artists can't afford it and it would be very useful for them. It would also be nice if the mobile version came with the computer software since the price is so high for both.

Pros:

There is plenty to like about My Art Collection like the fact I can easily select random items to make a report. The colour coding is so helpful for knowing where my collection is at a glance. You can record so much information and the customer service has always been very helpful.

Cons:

Whilst what I can report on is easily changeable the report type (there are lots to choose from) could be a little more customisable re page layout.

This software is so easy to use. I was able to put all of my sister's art together in one neat and organized place. She has very easy access to it now.

Cons:

I haven't had any issues with this software yet. As I (hopefully my sister too) use it we may find some issues. I don't think so.
