About RingCentral Video

RingCentral Video is a cloud-based video conferencing solution designed to help businesses conduct meetings and enable team members to share documents, collaborate, edit files and manage multiple users in a centralized platform. Features include device switching, session recording, voicemail-to-text conversion, screen sharing and call handling.

The application's analytics portal enables administrators to track usage, monitor service quality, calls or meetings and receive real-time notifications about issues. Hosts can create recurring meetings, prepare agendas or content, send automated reminders to late attendees and assign tasks in a messaging group. Users can also adjust screen sizes, view other participants and chat with an individual member or entire group.

RingCentral Video offers integration with various third-party platforms such as Slack, G Suite, Zendesk, Canvas and more. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. The solution is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via chat and phone.

    All in one Communication app

    My overall experience is great! I really do enjoy this app. It is one of those apps where it simply integrates all forms of communication into one app in a seamless and modern fashion.

    The largest overarching feature is its communication features. The application allows for the user to call, receive calls, track calls, transfer calls, save contacts and even block contacts. In itself it is great, but it excels in multiple user environments (like firms or offices). This allows for multiple calls to be received, communicated with and monitored. I also am pleased with the meeting like options; it integrates other popular features (such as scheduling or texting) in one app.
    Cons:
    My least favorite feature by far is the bugs. I am currently struggling with my ring app not obeying my ring tone preferences. I also have experienced at times the ring not notifying me of calls on my screen (which is a great feature as well).

    Besides being easy to use and checking all the prerequisites for video conferencing standards, RingCentral offer also chat, file transfers, note taking, calendar task management and channels for different teams or projects. All of this in a platform-agnostic environment that speaks nicely to Google, Microsoft and other ecosystems and apps.
    Cons:
    From UX to features, the mobile app, at least for Android, still looks like a work in progress. If you want to get all the bells and whistles you better use the desktop app.

    RingCentral is easy to use and provides great quality video and audio. It also has integrations with Salesforce that allow us to streamline our sales efforts. We can also use its integration with Outlook to easily schedule meetings and follow-ups.
    Cons:
    The interface in the RingCentral app can be clunky at times, but when you are used to using it, it is simple and easy to navigate. No issues, just could "look" better.

    My overall experience with RingCentral Meetings is great! I love to use Ringcentral at my work. Our company has many telecommuters, and we heavily rely on RingCentral for our daily work. It's so convenient to meet via RingCentral with colleagues from New York, DC, and Boston offices to work on the same project.

    I've been using RingCentral every day since I joined my company. What I like most about this software is that I can join anywhere in the meetings with my cellphone and share my screen easily with my colleagues.
    Cons:
    What I like least about this software is that sometimes I got kicked out of the meetings and re-joined multiple times when the internet was not stable.

    I guess we chose RingCentral meetings because of its video features. It works great especially during large meetings. You know who is speaking because the speaker's name appears on the screen. Also, it is easy for the admin to mute and unmute the participants.

    Using RingCentral has been quite good overall. They delivers high quality video and audio, which makes our meetings smooth and effective. Setting up/joining meetings is straightforward as well as it has good integration with other tool.

    Cons:
    I do not have any dislike of RingCentral Video. Just sometime little bit of glitch or connectivity issues on meetings but it happened very rarely. It could be issue from my side though.

    What I like most about ring central is it rarely ever runs into technology issues. C Video conferencing as well as meetings are very easy. Customer service is also quick with response.
