About ARI

ARI (Auto Repair Invoices) is a management application suitable for individual mechanics, auto repair shops and car dealers. It offers a mobile application for iOS/Android devices and can also be accessed via any desktop PC or laptop using the Web version.

The app comes packed with various features required by users across the automotive industry, including VIN decoder, license plate scanner and decoder, vehicle lookup, service history reports, automatic service reminders for clients, spare parts inventory, accounting, reports, job cards, invoices, estimates, diagnose (such as maintenance cost, upcoming repairs and TSBs), vehicle inspections, damage reports, and online appointments.

Additionally, the app offers many customization options such as invoice templates, inspection checklists, multiple tax setup, payment options and more. It is available on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via email and other online measures.

Best Repair Platform I Have Used

Very easy to use from the start. My customer representative is always available even when I did not even know I needed him which is awesome. Very friendly from the beginning like we’ve known each other forever.

Everything is awesome with the app. Easy to navigate, editing seems to be one of my biggest needs as of late and the app makes it extremely easy to accomplish when I need it. I love the platform. Very happy with my decision to choose this program.
Cons:
Not that I have any dislikes I would say, more of a disappointment. I am not able to link Identifix with the program nor my scan tool for dtc data straight to the repair order.

All data is an excellent repair site, and as it will create invoices and have something of a customer database it just doesn’t have all the options and categories for the paperwork end

Quality yet Inexpensive Solution

ARI has suited the needs of my shop for the past several months now, and it gets the job done in every regard. Not only is it inexpensive, but it’s beginner, friendly, well still offering a lot of functionality. You can also scale it to meet your needs, especially as your shop continues to grow.

The user interface on the desktop side of things is a little bit clunky for using a keyboard or mouse

It’s an inexpensive alternative to the other shop software. It helps me keep track of our appointments.
Cons:
It’s difficult to use for me. It’s hard to elaborate on the things I like least. However getting to maps from the appts is ridiculous. Requires to many presses.

I have been in the Buisness from tech to shop manager service writer and parts now a Buisness owner and this is a very well thought out system that’s easy to use with some knowledge of how things work! It is the very best reasonably priced software on the market and I have used many of them!
Cons:
The initial setup is the only part that I did not find user friendly and still need to make some changes now to the pricing system!

User friendliness, cost and the tools required to run a shop. From making a new client profile, entering vehicle with vin scanner and decoder, taking appointments, estimates and invoicing, it’s all very easy and time efficient
Cons:
At first it was the bugs but it has drastically improved with the updates. Only truly paired with payment 360 POS and not my square POS while stating it was intergraded when purchasing this program and my POS.

Everything about Ari is great. Starting with my name also being Ari lol. Their system is designed specifically for what we need for our mobile mechanic business

I wish they would have a little but more of like text messages options to let customers know we are on the way. We are mobile so a text message option to customers to let them know we are on the way would be a beautiful feature
