Deltek Ajera vs NetSuite: Which is best for you?

Ajera provides a great methodology for employee's time tracking to projects with task descriptions that easily converts to regular invoicing for professional services.

You only get a certain amount of help tickets for software support and it does not come close to helping- they seem to take control and do things so quickly that you dont know how to do it yourself the next time. When you ask for them to slow down, they treat you like an absolute idiot.

We are using their system for Customer Relationship Management and Accounting. As I mentioned above, it has improved our data accuracy, we have more reliable data, and improved our reporting to the donors and our Council (board)
