Google Analytics 360 vs Hotjar: Which is best for you?

Some simplification of the tools for the part time user would be really helpful. And perhaps a summary level of analytic data could be shared about all site visitors without revealing details on the actual individuals and their location or geodemographics.

I don't like how the data retention is limited, since some data is lost after some time due to the settings. And the product cannot be customized as I like.

I like the heat mapping tool on Hotjar, which allows you to see where there is the most interest on your page, as well as how a user navigates your webpage

Also, in the recording sections, you can easily get overwhelmed by not-relevant recordings, where users just idle.
