Sincere recommendation for Kliker

I don't know how we worked without a KLIKER until now. Only now, we realize how much time we spent searching other sites, comparing prices, specifications and needlessly wasting time that could have been used to improve our business. I sincerely recommend the KLIKER as something that will help both you and your employees. The time you will gain by using the software instead of doing it all manually, you can use to improve both your work and yourself.

Amazing support

I come to office, I open email, ERP and then KLIKER, it is basic tool as XLS. It makes me fast and gives me hard facts to negotiate with customers and suppliers. Either you use tools like this - or you are slow and inefficient comparing to competitors that are using it.

Pros:

All basic features are covering my demand to manage my offer on many different foreign markets, but what I loved the most is additional customization as per my request that fasten my internal reporting and demand for more advanced analytics (price erosion per product/country/tech spcs)

Cons:

It is a bit expansive to add into module scope entire my product portfolio, but I can understand related development and maintenance cost

When you are doing everyday research of the market KLIKER Pricing history is something that helps a lot. You can see the market movement and make predictions what could or is going to happen. It makes your job a lot easier when you can have a quick look at a market

Cons:

Specifications of the products can sometimes be wrong, but that is not something that is not expected because of the sheer volume of products in our industry. But this is something that KLIKER could work on

The winning difference

It can be a bit tedious to track all of the prices on the market and this is where kliker excels! Once you get use to the interface and filter options you can always track you key products and how they compare to you competition.

You can have overview of the market at a glance, without going into the specific details just by opening the app. But if you want to know where you can make a difference and have a deep dive into the market you can do it! Not only that there is an option to export excel file with all of the data for us who like to find interesting patterns which will lead us to hidden gems in sales.

Cons:

For a new user all of this data can be overwhelming and a bit confusing until u get a hang of it. Visuals could look better and have more contrast between colors of the brands.

Kliker - Best pin-to-pin took put there

I think that the best comparison is the fact that it usually took me 3+ hours to analyse the market and now I can do it in 30 minutes. Huge time saver.

The best part is the integration with all major e-tailers and ability to access their product placements directly from Kliker.

Cons:

Due to many product placements from multiple e-tailers it is sometimes hard to navigate when product prices are listed.

No website coverage, only catalogues. Expensive.

Kliker helps us in our daily business. Since I use it I can compare prices, do market analysis and check the competition much faster than before when I did all manually. It saves up my time which is the biggest benefit of all. Also it's very user friendly, with just a few "clicks" I can get fast to any information needed , and finally customer support is quick and very helpful.

Cons:

I have no complaints, Kliker cover all of our needs.

Pros:

The most interesting feature is Alerts. The price change, crashed promotion and old stock can be seen in a simple way. Another great feature is My Market.

Cons:

Analytics Very poor in options. The price range cannot be compared to the market and / or other retail stores
