About Lucky Orange

Lucky Orange is a suite of conversion optimization tools designed to help businesses track and engage with visitors using heatmaps, dashboards, live chat, polls and more. Administrators can gain insights into problematic areas within website forms through reports.

Lucky Orange allows supervisors to track the number of website visitors in real-time and create conversion funnels using a centralized dashboard. Agents can communicate with other operators, customize the chat widget to establish brand identity and use canned responses to reply to customers' queries. Additionally, managers can set up triggers to display polls, capture visitors' activities and segment recordings based on browser, device, behavior, operating system and other criteria.

Lucky Orange facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Joomla, Magento, Instapage, Shopify, Weebly and more. The product is available on monthly, annual and biennial subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, documentation, live chat and other online measures.

Pros:

It captures and stores activities of website visitors in real time and you can see what actions your website visitors are taking in real-time.

Cons:

They recently launched a new version which I didn't like and I am still using the old one.

I really like how clearly Lucky Orange shows customer behavior. The heatmaps and session recordings make it easy to see where visitors click, scroll, and drop off, which helps me improve my site layout and conversions.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike, if anything, I’d just say there’s so much data available that it takes a little time to explore all the features fully.

You get what you pay for!! Just not happy with lack of notifications and general ease of use.

Honestly it is just ok - I am not notified when people come to the website and just not fluid enough

Cons:

NO MOBILE APP! Honestly, in this age no mobile app is not going to cut it especially for a paid service.

Lucky Orange does indeed offer in-app notifications to alert you with a sound and/or banner for common triggers, such as when someone arrives on your site or replies to your chat. These notifications can be fully customized to show other important events, such as when a visitor clicks on a specific CTA or rage clicks. Lucky Orange has enabled us to completely understand how people actually interact with our tools and websites. We keep track of site usage, point up usability issues, and decide on the best course of action to improve the digital experience for every guest. Heatmaps and session recordings enable us to quickly identify areas of less interest and those that catch attention, so impacting our choices to maximize design, content organization, and calls to action. The bounce rate decreases and conversion rates increase dramatically.

Pros:

Strong awareness of user behavior is necessary for us to be able to provide effective digital solutions fit for our clients' real needs. Real-time data on user interaction with our material and websites provided by Lucky Orange helps us to keep improving our offers. Since this platform does not require great technological knowledge to run its goals, one of its main advantages is that it lets the data be easily understood for the whole team. Functions including session recording, field surveys, heat maps, and funnel analysis become critical tools quickly seeing where users drop off, what interests them most, and how to maximize the experience.

Cons:

Although the platform provides quite useful data, on a few times we have had to export the data and use other tools to examine the reports in more depth and better fit our particular need.

Great for organic growth!

It’s been positive! I look forward to my recap emails letting me know what’s going on. The only downside is it’s not great to navigate on mobile

I love how lucky orange allows us to track visitor behavior to the website. This helps us inform our website UX decisions.

Cons:

The dashboard is a bit hard to find where to view videos. I feel like that’s the main feature. Should be prominent.

Very good customer service , they are super willing to help. I can tell is a very good tool but their team make it even easier to understand.

Cons:

It's a little bix complex to understand, it has to improve the visual aspect, they would help to gather data easily.
