    The entire implementation process from start to finish was extremely well handled. The Rapidi Platform folks were very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. The follow on support was and continues to be exemplary and best of all the cost was extremely reasonable when compare to several other solutions. I have worked with the Rapidi Platform creating integrations between Salesforce and several ERP's including Great Plains and Sysmos.
    Cons:
    Only thing I can think of is a couple instances with a specific ERP product they were not able to help due to proprietary database construction on the part of the ERP vendor.

    The capabilities it offers to synchronise data between different types of sources allow us to maintain best-in-class master data, improving the overall quality of our data and reporting systems. It also helps us maintain centralised data management.
    Cons:
    Sometimes setting up a new transfer can be a repetitive task. Another challenging aspect is dealing with different types of field data, it can be tricky to resolve, but not impossible.

    It was easier to maintain and quicker to set up.

    Robust data integrator product that is easy to set up, configure, and monitor. It's cost efficient and provide excellent TCO compared to other products on the market.
    Cons:
    Documentation could be improved with more completeness and better search functionalities (though I can always count on the Support team for timely help if I cannot find it in the Documentation).

    Cons:
