Excellent, Intuitive Project Management and Collaboration

It has an intuitive interface and helps my team stay on schedule. No more switching back and forth between apps, with Basicops it's all in one place.

Excellent value for the cost. It has helped us make huge improvements in our processes and efficiency.

Cons:

No real issues, but I do wish there was a standalone app. Added to hit the character minimum: Greek green purple dinosaur pterodactyl flies

BasicOps has a very clean, intuitive interface that makes task management and collaboration easy. I particularly liked how quickly I could set up projects, assign tasks, and track progress without a steep learning curve. The real-time updates and notifications also help teams stay aligned. - Pretty straightforward and fairly simpe to use- A lot of useful features like live, chat, team collaboration, task email notification- Makes managing team task way too easy

Cons:

- The user interface is a little jittery - Sometimes the website tasks time to load - It's also hard to navigate/edit certain features at times

Very powerful product for managing teams and projects.

Awesome software! I love how it combines what Slack does, with chat and channels, but it's combined with other PM tools, like Jira or Asana. Saves my team and I time by keeping everything connected in one platform organized by projects and teams. Also the customer support when I got stuck using custom fields was fantastic. They responded the same day.

Sometimes can take time to learn more complex features, and new features are frequently released, which comes with the good and bad.

We've been using BasicOps as our go-to project management tool, and it has truly streamlined how we work. The simplicity of the workflow is what stands out the most—it keeps things intuitive and efficient without unnecessary clutter. Having chat and meetings integrated directly within the platform is a game-changer, allowing our team to communicate seamlessly without switching between apps. The unlimited depth of project structuring is another huge advantage, making it perfect for managing large-scale, complex projects without losing visibility.

Cons:

One thing that could use improvement is the chat popup—it stays up until every response and reply is read, which can be a bit intrusive at times. A bit more flexibility in dismissing it without having to mark everything as read would be a welcome tweak.

I enjoyed it for the time I used it. It didn’t do anything special but it did the job. I stopped using it as none of my staff cared to. They preferred Trello or Notion.

Go BasicOps

It is a great matured product which can accelerate product development quite a bit. Having chats and other communication options always there can help teams to be very productive

The main benefit of BasicOps compared to the many other products in this category o which I have used quite a few, are the very intuitive concepts, low threshold to get started and quick time to see that you have some success in using the product. Often you experience with new products that they fail on a lot of these points. BasicOps does a excellent job of nailing these.

Cons:

The less than 100% integration with Active Directory. I would like to see that there is a easy & quick way to import groups and easy way to provision new users as they pop into AD.
