- I like the ability to have public request portals for our tenants to submit maintenance requests and the workflow allows us to review the request before turning it in to a work order.
- It logs me out often and doesn't allow me to upload pictures directly from my phone to the app. If I take pictures, I need to email them to myself and then use the web browser.
- The software is flexible and customizable with the use of reports which allows the user to create their own in order focus on certain areas of inventory, assets or workorders.
- Some sites that were using SAP PM had Asset Tree in use for a Asset search engine and eMaint tree is not having the same functionality so it is not very useful for those kinds of users.
