About QIMAone

QIMAone is a quality management solution that helps businesses handle suppliers, inventories, supply chain operations and more. The application enables auditors to conduct quality inspections, analyze business risks and generate custom reports.

QIMAone allows supervisors to generate checklists, assign tasks to team members, create corrective action plans and configure workflows as per business requirements. Features include an interactive dashboard, data visualization, a drag-and-drop interface, compliance management, notifications and more. Additionally, it offers an analytics tool, which lets administrators gain insights into supply chain activities via analytics, visual graphs and KPI metrics.

QIMAone comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with various third-party platforms to transfer data related to purchase orders, client details and more in real-time. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via documentation and other online measures.

    Mobile-Friendly - Inspectors can use smartphones or tablets to capture on-site data, photos, and signatures.
    Cons:
    I find it frustrating that once items are created, they cannot be deleted. This limitation can lead to clutter and confusion. Allowing users to delete items would greatly enhance flexibility and usability.

    Cons:
    Some functions and configurations on QIMAone cannot be tailored due to the limitations, e.g. GPS coordinates capturing was not well functioned for some of our suppliers and brand QC users, which affects our inspection reporting and traceability.

    QIMAone quite basic out of box and not customizable.

    I think this system may be good for smaller businesses or more simple and basic businesses, and not for businesses with a bigger supply chain set up. The customer service is good, but only could not really customize much or could not tailor much to our business.

    Mobile app for the QCs to make the reports from their phones.
    Cons:
    Does not allow for multiple supply chain steps to link to one Purchase Order number. Also it is not very customizable and there is not any good visualization or overview of the inspection schedule.
