Miglior programma gestionale

Utilizzo Toprent.app per la gestione del mio autonoleggio e devo dire che ha trasformato completamente il mio modo di lavorare. Il software è intuitivo, facile da usare e accessibile sia da desktop che da mobile, il che mi permette di gestire le prenotazioni ovunque mi trovi. Uno degli aspetti che apprezzo di più è la semplicità con cui posso tenere sotto controllo la flotta, le disponibilità e i contratti di noleggio. Grazie all’interfaccia chiara e ben organizzata, posso inserire e modificare le prenotazioni in pochi secondi, evitando errori e ottimizzando la gestione del tempo. Il supporto clienti è un altro punto di forza: sempre disponibile, veloce e in italiano, pronto ad aiutarmi ogni volta che ne ho bisogno. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente rispetto ad altre soluzioni sul mercato. Consiglio vivamente Toprent.app a chiunque abbia un’attività di noleggio auto e voglia migliorare l’efficienza della propria gestione.

Noi di Car Rent 2.0 non potevamo chiedere gestionale migliore di Top Rent, abbiamo utilizzato altri gestionali in passato, ma nulla a che vedere con loro, era davvero il software che cercavamo per la nostra azienda, facile e intuitivo, ti semplifica tutto il lavoro, una nota di merito vogliamo concederla ad [nascosto contenuto sensibile], sempre preparato e pronto per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Consigliamo Top Rent a tutte le aziende di noleggio!

Ci salva tantissimo tempo. Sopratutto è l’unico nel suo genere perché ti fa possibilità di gestire i servizi da broker e non solo se hai auto in Proprietà. Tutto sommato davvero ottimo.

Cons:

Per ora manca il GPS integrato e non ci sono tipi di veicoli come bici elettriche. Ma dicono che a breve sarà introdotto.

Un buon prodotto per chi come me lavora da solo, gestione semplice da smartphone e tablet, abbastanza intuitivo all'inizio migliorando man mano che lo si utilizza

Cons:

Dal mio punto di vista andrebbero inserite singolarmente le varie franchigie, a volte le mail con i contratti non partono e devo scaricare i documenti e inviarli separatamente al cliente

Servizio di assistenza impeccabile

Sicuramente il servizio di assistenza è uno dei punti forti dell'azienda. Mi sono interfacciato con Il Sig. [nascosto contenuto sensibile] che fin da subito mi ha saputo mostrare tutti i punti di forza del gestionale e la facilità di utilizzo.Il programma si presenta molto bene sopratutto per la gestione delle anagrafiche e della creazione flotta. integrazione del servizio CARGOS intuitiva.
