About Clearstream
Clearstream is an SMS marketing software, which helps churches of all sizes communicate with members in real-time and automate follow-ups with first-time guests. Managers can utilize custom fields to share personalized messages, notify relevant personnel about last-minute changes in schedules and send emergency alerts.
It allows administrators to track incoming/outgoing messages, texts received per second, opt-ins or opt-outs and more to gain insight into messaging analytics. Teams can create sub-accounts under the master account to maintain hierarchies and sync information across multiple departments. Additionally, Clearstream enables professionals to organize contacts into specific groups, generate reports to analyze account activities and share service reminders with concerned authorities.
Clearstream lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications such as Planning Center, Slack, Bitly, Zapier, Mailchimp and Rock RMS. Pricing is based on monthly subscriptions and support is offered via FAQs, guides and other online measures.

Clearstream is excellent!

Working with Clearstream has been a consistently great experience. From early conversations with [sensitive content hidden] to make a plan for transitioning to their platform, to working with the Clearstream team to set up texting services, to the follow-up to my many questions and the top-tier communications and support, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a text provider. I coordinate with a lot of vendors and services, and by my standards, Clearstream is one of the best companies I have worked with.

Initially, the website had a clean user interface, the services were simple to understand, and the pricing structure was very transparent. I was able to find the information I was looking for very quickly. After reaching out, it was very quickly apparent that the company had great communications and customer support.

The services promised weren't matching the services we were receiving, and we were looking for a simpler, more reliable, and more affordable option.

When we first introduce the software to the team, they immediately fell in love with how easy it was to navigate and understand the product. We love the fact that it filters easily and connects well with PCO by pushing it back to update or create new profiles. We love it!

Planning Center lists update in Clearstream in real time, so you shouldn't have to run a manual sync to get new contacts moved over, and there shouldn't be any delay either. It should happen in less than a few seconds. It could be that those new People profiles are not in a list that's synced with Clearstream.
