Great experience by integrating applications and updating results

I have tried integrating many applications, such as Quip, Excel,Confluence, and always got great results.

its easily integrates between many different applications triggering actions after changes, modifications or updates within another app.

permission and accesses to applications might be tedious but makes sense as they are focusing in security

Great alternative to repetitive workflows

I was successfully able to automate many processes and connect multiple apps together using zapier including Gmail, Quickbase, Google Calendar, and QuickBooks

Pros:

Many functions are very easy to use, and it includes an enormous number of apps that are available to connect.

Cons:

When zapier does updates it can sometimes get you turned around in their program until you get used to the new interface. Also some apps have very limited types of connections available

Great functionality, but difficult to justify the cost for light usage

Zapier worked well for our needs and helped keep our systems connected, but the value equation was mixed. From a functionality standpoint, it delivered. From a cost perspective, it felt hard to justify paying a higher monthly fee for only a handful of low-volume but necessary automations. We found it useful, but it would be much more appealing if there were better pricing options for small businesses with modest automation needs.

Pros:

Zapier does exactly what it promises: it connects tools that otherwise wouldn’t integrate easily. We use it mainly for syncing leads and client data between platforms like MINDBODY, Meta, TikTok, and Google Sheets, and once the automations are set up, they run reliably without much maintenance. The setup is flexible, integrations are extensive, and for critical workflows it can be a real time saver. For small teams, having these automations in place removes a lot of repetitive manual work.

Cons:

The biggest downside for us was pricing. Even with very light usage and only a few automations, we had to move to a paid plan that felt expensive for what we actually used. There isn’t a well-priced tier for businesses that need Zapier’s premium features but don’t run high volumes of tasks. Also, when something goes wrong, error messages can be unclear, which makes troubleshooting more difficult than it should be for non-technical users.

Easy automations save so much time

I've been able to hook up data systems and apps that end up saving me time in the longrun. Without Zapier, I would have to spend multiple hours on Quickbooks, but now I only need a few minutes.

Pros:

It's incredibly easy and quick to create automations and save myself time with Zapier. Whenever we have tools that can communicate with each other, I try to set it up through Zapier as opposed to another program simply to avoid coding. Troubleshooting is super easy as well where you can fix the automation you made and then re-run the issue.

Cons:

The test data feature can be annoying. Zapier doesn't have an easy way to send a specific piece of data through an automation for testing, rather, you're required to import whatever the app provides which can sometimes be old data or unusable for what you're doing. The task automation quotas can also become tight, as each individual task pulls from a monthly usage.

Zapier is a powerful and flexible automation tool that makes connecting different apps and tools easy without any coding needed. What I liked most is the user-friendly interface that makes creating “Zaps” (automated workflows) intuitive and quick. It offers a wide range of integrations with popular apps, enabling nearly any automation you can think of. For example, automatically sending data from Google Sheets to Slack saves a lot of time.

Cons:

One downside to Zapier is the limitation of the free plan, which allows only a few automations before requiring a paid subscription. Additionally, some advanced automation can feel a bit pricey, especially for small businesses. A few advanced features may also require a bit of a learning curve.
